ESCAPE #4 FRONT CHOKE

Your opponent is choking you from in front, both his hands grasping your neck.

Bring your knee up into his testicles.

Strike him in the armpit with a straight finger chapel or a wedge knuckle blow.

Strike him under his lower ribs with an edge hand blow or a straight finger jab.

Bring the palms of your hands together, swing them up between his arms with force, space breaking his grip and forcing his arms apart. Give him a concussion blow over both his years with the palms of this slightly cupped hands. Butt him in the face with the top of your head.
